Starting at $75 per visit · One visit per month

Ideal for homeowners who travel occasionally or have a secondary property used mostly in-season.

Our recommended plan and the frequency the National Home Watch Association suggests for unoccupied homes. Best for snowbirds, second-home owners, and anyone whose home sits empty for weeks at a time.

For homeowners who want maximum oversight — larger properties, extended absences, or homes with complex systems like wells, septic, pools, or detached structures.

• Weekly visits for continuous monitoring
• Coordination with contractors, cleaners, and vendors on your behalf
• Priority response on all concierge and storm requests
• Up to 30 minutes of concierge time per month included

Need something specific, or service beyond your regular plan? We offer individual services billed hourly or per task.

• Pre-arrival home preparation — heat up the house, stock the fridge, turn on water, open up for the season
• Pre-storm and post-storm checks — inspections before and after a major weather event, with photo documentation for insurance
• Refrigerator and pantry stocking before your arrival
• Contractor access and oversight — we meet, admit, and supervise repair and service visits
• Package and mail collection beyond routine visits
